The transcription with the artificial-intelligent communication is anonymous and without any user-related information. All communication with our backend server is encrypted and SSL-protected. We focus on developing high-quality software for transcription, not for user data. How can I change the default audio language of my recordings?
At the settings tab, under the "Default Audio Language" section, you can select German as the default audio language of your interviews.

How long take to transcribe my 10min interview?
Our transcription service depends on your internet connection, and an average would be for every 10min recorded interview, the transcription takes normally 18min to complete.
Can I lock my recorded interviews and transcripts so only I have access to it?
Yes, go to your settings, select “Passcode Lock & Touch ID” and enter your lock code.
How can I buy credits?
Inside Transcriber app, you can go the the In-App Store (star icon of the tab bar).
How does the transactions are handled?
Transcriber uses Apple's App-Store and all the transactions are made directly with Apple. For minutes purchases, Transcriber uses the purchase type "Consumable". For features like Locker and Cloud providers the type is Non-consumable (or one time purchase). I’m upgrading to a new device, can I keep the current minutes I bought?
Yes. On your old device, go to your settings and select the item “Request Upgrade”, under the Legal section.
